Runtime is an inspector, not an agent-builder. It shows how a bound runtime observes authority, proposes, and consumes authorizations.

Live runtime listener is deployed on COTI Testnet. The status endpoint reports the bound runtime and current Engraving authority; execution remains runtime-owned and is never exposed as a browser-side secret.
